Since 2 February 2025, Art. 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure sufficient AI literacy of their staff. The training is recorded as a documented measure for AI literacy — with content, participants and date.
The training is not a certificate and not a subsidised programme.
The training is not the end.
We check whether what was learned reaches daily work — and refresh it every year.

01Does our team need prior knowledge?
No. The needs analysis shows where your team stands; the course starts exactly there.
02Why Claude as the standard tool?
We recommend Claude because it has given us the best results. If you already use another tool, we train with that one.
03How many people can take part?
The practice series is designed for up to 12 people. For larger teams we plan several groups.
04Is the training a certificate?
No. It is recorded as a documented measure for AI literacy (cf. Art. 4 EU AI Act), but it is neither a certificate nor a subsidised programme.
05What happens after the training?
Check-ins after 1, 6 and 12 months review implementation; a yearly refresh keeps the knowledge current.
